Healthy Anger

Healthy Anger is a 6-week psychoeducational program which focuses on the following issues:  

Discover what triggers your anger

Learn how to appropriately express your anger

Control your angry behaviors

Learn what you can do to decrease the frequency and intensity of your angry feelings

Communicate more effectively

Deal effectively with angry people

 

Classes meet on Wednesdays from 12:00 - 1:00 pm or from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.  $20 registration fee and $30 per class.
