Thoughts for Kids

Work out your frustrations with TazTalk about your feelings. Tell people what makes you happy and what bothers you.

When you feel really, really angry, sit on your hands and count to 10, breathing deeply.

Go out of your way to do kind things for people everyday.

Be your own coach. Give yourself praise and encourage yourself to try harder.

Listen carefully to what other people say. If you don’t understand, ask the person to repeat it.

Self-discipline.  Do you have it?  These kids do:

Nathan practiced his piano lesson before he played with friends.

Mary listened carefully while others shared.

Kevin took the time to do his best work.

Heather used quiet words when she was upset.

Nicole saved her allowance.

Raheem finished eating all of his lunch before he had dessert.

Steven cleaned up after he finished his art project.

Diana waited her turn.

Take a break from the usual wedding shower gifts and give something that will really get them started on the right foot - a counseling gift certificate!  Click here to request more information.
