Couples & Kids’ Healthy Parenting Program will help parents:

	Understand themselves and their child/children
	Understand beliefs and feelings
	To encourage your child/children and yourself
	Learn ways to listen and talk to child/children
	Help child/children to cooperate
	Learn disciplinary ways that make sense

We offer two types of Parenting Education Classes:

	A 6-week psychoeducational group for parents of preschoolers, elementary grades, and teens that teaches new and effective communication and discipline skills. This class can be offered either individually or in a group.
	A 13-weel psychoeducational Interactive Parent Education Program (IPET) program where parents are taught specific skills and then practice those skills with their children and the parent educator.
